ERP & business systems

Edvanz builds custom ERP and business management systems for companies in Egypt and the MENA region. Web and mobile, in Arabic and English, shaped around how your team actually works.

What is an ERP system?

An ERP (enterprise resource planning) system connects a company’s sales, inventory, purchasing, finance and accounting, HR and reports in one system that shares one database. Everyone works from the same numbers, so you stop copying data between Excel sheets and separate programs.

Off-the-shelf ERPs such as Odoo or SAP are a good choice when your processes are standard. A custom ERP, or a custom module next to the tools you already have, is better when your workflows are unusual, your team works mainly in Arabic, you need to connect existing systems, you only want to pay for what you use, or you want to own the code.

Modules we build

Pick the ones you need. Each one works on its own and with the others.

  • Sales & invoicing

Quotes, orders, invoices and customer accounts in one place.

  • Inventory & warehouses

Stock levels across warehouses, transfers, stock counts and low-stock alerts.

  • Purchasing & suppliers

Purchase orders, goods received and what you owe each supplier.

  • Finance & accounting basics

Receivables, payables and cash collection, so you always know who owes what.

  • HR & attendance

Employee records, attendance, leave and the data payroll needs.

  • Branches, roles & permissions

Each branch and each employee sees and does only what they should.

  • Reports & dashboards

Sales, stock and cash reports that management can read at a glance.

  • Mobile app for field teams

Sales reps, drivers and warehouse staff work from their phones.

  • Integrations

Connect to the systems you already use, such as payment gateways like Paymob or Fawry, your website or your accounting software.

Built from experience

We build and run our own business systems, not only client projects.

Edvanz Tutor is our business system for private tutors. It handles payments and cash collection, assistants with their own permissions and wallets, exams and parent follow-up.

Maskan is our system for real-estate agencies. The same experience with permissions, money flows and mobile teams goes into every ERP we build.

Who it’s for

Companies that have outgrown Excel and scattered programs.

  • Trading and distribution companies
  • Retail businesses with several branches
  • Factories and workshops
  • Education and training centers
  • Clinics and medical centers
  • Service companies with field teams

How an ERP project runs

In phases, so you use working software early instead of waiting for everything.

  1. Discovery & process mapping

We sit with the people who do the work and map how sales, stock and money actually move today.

  2. Prioritise modules

We start with the module that hurts most, not with everything at once.

  3. Design

Screens, data model and permissions, all reviewed with you before we build.

  4. Build in phases

Each phase ships working software, with a demo every week.

  5. Data migration

We move your data from Excel sheets or your old system, and check it with you.

  6. Training & go-live

We train each team on the parts they use, then switch over together.

  7. Support

An agreed support package after go-live, plus new modules when you need them.

Every ERP is scoped per module. After discovery, you get a fixed-price quote for each phase, so you know the cost before each stage starts.

You own the code and your data. Tell us what you need and we’ll scope it honestly.

Questions about ERP systems

Should we build a custom ERP or use Odoo or SAP?

If your workflows are standard and an off-the-shelf ERP fits them, that is often the faster and cheaper choice. A custom ERP makes sense when your processes are unusual, your team works mainly in Arabic, you need it to connect to tools you already use, or you don’t want to pay for modules you never touch. We’ll tell you honestly which one fits after the discovery call.

Can we start with one module?

Yes, and we usually recommend it. We start with the module that solves your biggest problem, such as inventory or cash collection, and add others in later phases. Each module is built to plug into the same database, so nothing has to be redone.

Can it work on mobile or offline for warehouse or field staff?

Yes. We build the system as a web app for the office and mobile apps for staff in the warehouse or in the field. Where the workflow needs it, the mobile app can keep working without internet and sync later. Offline support is scoped per project.

Can you migrate our data from Excel?

Yes. We import your customers, items, suppliers and opening balances from Excel sheets or your old system. We clean and check the data with you before go-live, so you start with numbers you trust.

Is the system in Arabic with right-to-left layout?

Yes. We build ERP systems in Arabic with a proper right-to-left layout, in English, or in both. Each user can work in the language they prefer, and invoices and reports can be printed in Arabic.

Who owns the system?

You do. You own the source code and all your data, and you can host it on your own servers or cloud account. You’re never locked in to us.
