These terms govern your use of edvanz.io (the “Site”) operated by Edvanz for Information Technology Industry (“Edvanz”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Site.

You may browse the Site for lawful, personal, or business purposes. You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in any way that violates Egyptian law or applicable international law
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its underlying systems
  • Use automated systems to extract content without permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Interfere with the Site’s security features

2. Intellectual property.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and designs — is owned by Edvanz or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

The Edvanz name and logo are trademarks of Edvanz.

3. Waitlist and early access.

Joining the Edvanz Tutor waitlist does not guarantee access to the product. We add tutors to the closed beta based on our own criteria and timeline. Waitlist position is not transferable.

During the closed beta, the Edvanz Tutor platform is provided “as is” for testing purposes. Features, pricing, and availability may change.

4. Third-party links.

The Site may link to third-party websites (e.g., WhatsApp, Calendly). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Use them at your own risk.

5. Disclaimer.

The Site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Limitation of liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by Egyptian law, Edvanz’s total liability arising out of or related to your use of the Site shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total fees you paid to Edvanz in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD 100.

In no event shall Edvanz be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or data loss.

7. Indemnification.

You agree to indemnify and hold Edvanz harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your violation of these terms or misuse of the Site.

8. Changes to terms.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via the Site. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
