SaaS & product development

We build complete products, front end to back end, from idea to MVP to a product that scales. We take your idea from napkin sketch to production without burning through your runway.

What a product build involves

Most first-time SaaS founders underestimate it. It’s a lot more than writing code. We handle all of it, so you can focus on customers and product strategy.

  • Defining the right scope: what’s in the MVP and what’s not
  • Choosing an architecture that scales without over-engineering
  • Setting up authentication, billing and user management correctly
  • Building for multiple tenants with no data leaking between them
  • Hosting, monitoring, alerting and backups
  • App deployments for iOS and Android
  • Compliance: data protection, payment security and regional rules

Technology

We use the stack that fits your product. Real-time collaboration apps need different things than content platforms or marketplaces.

From MVP to scale

Three phases. Each one starts only after the previous one has proven itself.

  1. MVP phase

3 to 4 months. Core features only, with real users using it. Actual usage shows us what matters and what doesn’t.

  2. Growth phase

After the MVP is validated. We add the features users ask for, harden performance and improve onboarding.

  3. Scale phase

When usage justifies it: infrastructure hardening, horizontal scaling, advanced analytics and internationalization.

Why work with us

  • We build our own product too

We build Edvanz Tutor as our own product, so we know what building SaaS actually takes.

  • You own everything

Code, designs, data and documentation are all yours. We hand over cleanly.

  • We know MENA

Arabic RTL, local payment gateways (PayMob, Fawry) and regional regulations.

  • We tell you when you don’t need us

Some ideas are better built by you directly. When that’s the case, we’ll say so.

Pricing

SaaS and product projects vary too much to quote without a conversation. An early-stage MVP is a very different engagement from moving an existing product to new infrastructure.

Contact us for a quote. Bring your idea, whatever stage it’s at. We’ll scope it honestly and propose a path.
