Custom CRM development

Edvanz builds custom CRM systems for companies in Egypt and the region: one place to track leads, customers, deals and follow-ups. Each CRM fits your sales process, works in Arabic and English, and connects to WhatsApp and the tools you already use.

What is a custom CRM?

A CRM (customer relationship management) system is software that tracks your leads, customers, deals and follow-ups in one place, so every salesperson knows who to call next and managers can see the whole pipeline. A custom CRM is built around your own sales process instead of a generic template.

A custom CRM is usually the better choice when your team works mainly in Arabic, sells through WhatsApp, has a pipeline that off-the-shelf tools do not fit, needs to connect to systems you already run, or wants to avoid per-seat monthly fees.

What we build into your CRM

We start from how your team sells, then build only what you need.

  • Lead capture

Leads from your website, Facebook lead forms and WhatsApp land in one place, with their source recorded.

  • Pipeline and stages

Your own sales stages, with drag and drop to move a deal forward.

  • Follow-ups and tasks

Reminders and tasks for every lead, so no call or visit is forgotten.

  • WhatsApp integration

Open a WhatsApp chat from any customer record, with ready templates for common replies.

  • Customer profiles and history

Every call, message, deal and note for a customer on one screen.

  • Roles and permissions

Sales reps see their own leads; managers see the whole team.

  • Reports and dashboards

Leads by source, deals by stage and performance by salesperson.

  • Arabic and English

A full right-to-left Arabic interface, with English for the people who prefer it.

  • Mobile access

Works on the phone, so your team can update a deal right after a meeting.

Built from experience

We build and run our own platforms, and they do CRM work every day. Maskan is a real-estate platform where each brokerage manages its listings, leads, bookings and deals.

Edvanz Tutor manages students, payments and follow-up with parents. The same experience goes into the CRM we build for you.

Industries

Any business that sells through conversations and follow-ups.

  • Real estate
  • Clinics and healthcare
  • Education and training centers
  • B2B sales and distribution
  • Services companies
  • E-commerce customer service

How a CRM project runs

Six steps, and you see working software from the first sprint.

  1. Map your sales process

We sit with your team and write down how a lead becomes a customer today.

  2. Design the screens

Clickable screens for each role, reviewed with you before we write code.

  3. Build in sprints

Short build cycles with a demo every week on a working staging system.

  4. Import your data

We move your existing customers and deals in from Excel or your old system.

  5. Train your team

Hands-on training for sales reps and managers, in Arabic or English.

  6. Support and improvements

An agreed support plan after launch, and new features as your process changes.

Pricing

Every CRM is scoped on its own, because the number of users, roles and integrations changes the work a lot.

After a discovery call we send you a fixed-price quote. You own the code and the data.

Questions about CRM development

How long does it take to build a custom CRM?

It depends on the scope: the number of user roles, integrations and how much data needs to move. We usually aim for a first usable version in weeks, not months, and then add features in short cycles. You get a timeline in the written proposal before any work starts.

Can a custom CRM integrate with WhatsApp?

Yes. We can add click-to-chat from any customer record, saved message templates, and logging of WhatsApp leads into the pipeline. For deeper automation, such as sending messages from the CRM, we connect to the official WhatsApp Business API.

Can we import our existing data from Excel or an old system?

Yes. Importing your current customers, leads and deals is part of every CRM project. We clean and map the data from Excel sheets or your old system so your team starts with its full history.

Do we own the code and the data?

Yes. You own the source code and all of your data. There are no per-seat licence fees, and you can host the system on your own servers or cloud account.

Is the CRM available in Arabic?

Yes. We build the interface in Arabic with full right-to-left support, and in English as well if your team needs both languages. Customer names, notes and reports work properly in Arabic.

Custom CRM or HubSpot and Zoho: when is custom better?

Off-the-shelf tools like HubSpot or Zoho are a good start for standard sales processes. A custom CRM is usually better when your team works mainly in Arabic, sells through WhatsApp, has a pipeline that does not fit a generic tool, or needs to connect to systems you already use. It also avoids monthly per-user fees that grow with your team.
