Delete your account

You can delete your Edvanz Tutor account and personal data at any time, using either method below.

1. From the app (fastest)

Open Edvanz Tutor → Account → Settings → Delete Account, then confirm. Your access is disabled immediately.

2. By request (no app needed)

Email [email protected] from the email address or phone number associated with your account, with the subject line "Delete my account". We will verify the request and delete your account.

3. What is deleted

Your profile and the personal data tied to your account, including:

• Your name, username, phone number, email, and any uploaded ID or profile photos
• Records associated with your account: attendance, payment records, exams and homework, videos and watch history, and messages

4. Timing and retention

Your access is disabled right away, and your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days — except for records we are legally required to retain (for example, certain financial records). Those are kept only for as long as the law requires and then deleted.
